This Bonsai was displayed in the Japanese Embassy Canberra, on the occasion of the Emperor's birthday, for many years. This bonsai was also on loan to the National Bonsai & Penjing Collection of Australia – Arboretum in Canberra.
This bonsai is called 'Yōkoso' (ようこそ). It means 'welcome'.
